Patrick Sam is a proud Namibian leader, born and raised in Katutura. As a Fulbright scholar, he completed an MA in International Education Development, specializing in policy and planning from Columbia University in New York City. As the Chairman of the National Art Council of Namibia (NACN), he focuses on the promotion of the creative economy as a key pillar for national development. He argues that “Human Creativity is the most vital Resource”. The future of the world’s economies depends on the copyrights industry to popularize and promote socio-economic development. Patrick is a development consultant, broadcasting journalist and an art activist.
