Festival

One event with top speakers & trending topics. The Second Edition of the Start-up Festival will kick-off on 28 June with an Entrepreneurship Symposium followed by two jam-packed Festival days from 29-30 June with local and international heroes set to take the stage.

What was the first Start-up event like?

 

In 2017 the local start-up eco-system players joined forces to launch the first festival of its kind in Namibia. This year we plan to take things to the next level!

Statistics Start-up Festival 2017

 

Over 100 start-ups attended the first festival with just under 400 attendees, 12 local speakers and 11 international experts taking the stage.

In 2018 we are expecting an event full of local heroes, international investors, inspirational doers and the acclaimed #addventure #pitchnightnam highlight with some awesome prizes up for grabs for the most creative pitch and top business idea. The winner will stand the chance of representing Namibia at Slush, Europe’s hottest start-up event held in Helsinki, Finland.
